Casselberry
Brewhouse:
Opened in 2015, this is our OG location. Come check out what Bowigens is truly about and see our roots. Nestled in a busy plaza our taproom offers a great list of 21+ of our artfully crafted beers and seltzers, great vibes and the best playlist in Central Florida!
This brewhouse is now our pilot system for future creations. We have a 3 barrel, 2 vessel brew house with a capacity of around 400 barrel/yr.
Most of the beers we brew here are only available through our Taprooms, we use this brewhouse as our ‘ Test Kitchen’
Taproom:
The Casselberry Taproom or Cass as we lovingly call it, characterized by a clean and inviting atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and a DIY vibe, has become a hub for beer enthusiasts seeking an educational and enjoyable experience.
This quaint taproom can seat roughly 60 people and was built from the ground up by the owners themselves. From the bar, to seating to tables and of course the beer, just about everything in here is literally handcrafted!
longwood
In late 2019, we expanded our brewing operation by opening a second facility in Longwood, FL, just down the road from our Casselberry location. This new facility, featuring a 2-vessel Brewhouse from Alpha Brewing, allows us to produce batches of beer ranging from 7 to 30 barrels. This expansion increased our brewing capacity to over 2,000 barrels of beer annually! In 2020, we also added a canning line, enabling us to offer Bowigens beers in a convenient, take-anywhere can format.
Avalon Park
In the fall of 2021 we were able to open Bowigens second taproom in The Marketplace at Avalon Park. Spanning 6,000 sq ft within a bustling food hall, the location boasts an indoor-outdoor bar and over 20 beers on tap. We love our second location as it retains the same ‘Bowigens’ vibe but also combines the vibrant energy of Avalon Park.
